Sankalpa with support of Womakind Worldwide organized a two dyas of workshop in Janakpur of Province-2, Pokhara of Gandaki Province-4, and Butwal of Lumbini Province-5. The main objective of the program was to give knowledge and idea about leadership to the women representatives from the different NGOs in order to provide them insight and information on policy and advocacy. This was also done to enhance the capacity of idea generation of the women at policy advocacy level. There were total 35 participants in each program in all three provinces. The program was conducted by following all the safety measures of Covid-19.

Sankalpa's province networks were also invited to attend the program so that it helps stregthen our provincial network. 

Issues of diverse women group was discussed on the program along with the rise of women violence due to pandemic. The other issue like citizenship, women labor to be paid equally as men and the security force of the country including the law bodies to deal with women and girls violence cases with more sensitivity. Women leadrs from diverse leading organizations were given training in order to overcome the challenges of different issues of women.  The training also helped to build the capacity of women leaders to enhance their ability and skills in upcoming days too.
